Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the font software on up to two (2) computers or devices owned or controlled by the Licensee. The font may be used to create commercial and non-commercial designs, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding materials
• Print publications
• Advertising
• Packaging
• Signage
• Social media graphics
• Digital artwork

The Licensee may use the font to create logos and trademarks. The resulting logo artwork may be registered as a trademark, provided the font itself is not claimed as part of the trademark.

There is no limit on the number of commercial projects created using the font under this Desktop License.

Users

• This license covers up to two (2) users/devices.
• Organizations requiring installation for additional users must obtain a separate multi-user license. 
• Please contact info@pulseblack.com for group, corporate, or enterprise pricing.

The Licensee may not:

• Share, lend, rent, sublicense, resell, or distribute the font software.
• Upload the font to public repositories or file-sharing services.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative font software.
• Include the font in templates, products, or files intended for resale where end users can access the font itself.
• Transfer the license to another individual or organization without written permission.

Additionally:

The font software remains the exclusive property of Pulseblack. Purchasing a license grants the right to use the font software; ownership is not transferred.

Failure to comply with this agreement automatically terminates the license. Upon termination, all copies of the font software must be deleted.

The font software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

In no event shall Pulseblack be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the font software.

Web Use

This desktop license does not include webfont use. Use of the font on websites, web applications, or online services requires a separate Web License.

App Embedding

This desktop license does not include embedding the font in:

• Mobile applications
• Desktop software
• SaaS platforms
• E-books
• Digital products

A separate App License is required.

OEM and Hardware Embedding

Embedding the font in hardware, devices, products, appliances, vehicles, consumer electronics, or any OEM application is prohibited without a separate OEM License.

1. Double-click the downloaded font file to open the Font Book preview window.
2. Click the Install button at the bottom of the window.
3. Alternatively, you can open the Apple Support guide to learn how to drag-and-drop font files directly into the Font Book application

1. Right-click the .zip folder and select Extract All to unpack your font files.
2. Double-click the font file (which will have a .ttf or .otf extension) to open the preview window.
3. Click the Install button at the top of the window.
4. Alternatively, you can drag and drop your extracted font files directly into the C:\Windows\Fonts directory.
